I was a little worried when the man in front started telling me about being a performance artist, then began to open up his trench coat -- but it was all OK.

  1. Eva, very nice photos. I really like the wine bar. I'd looked at the same window but didn't "see" the layers that you captured! I like the vine crawling up the inner corner of the building, I'm a little distracted by the blue building on the left side which is mitigated a little bit by the complimenting colors of blue & red. I wonder if the last picture would benefit from a tighter crop with just the head/shoulders/raised fist of the closer gentleman...my eye keeps wandering to the seated guy. The subtle complimenting reflection and the twin colors of the porch shot make that one my favorite...Americana!

  2. Hi Eva, Love your photos! My favorite is number 4. It is the first time that I've seen porch columns like the ones in the photo. And, I love the flag, gourds, and window reflections: timeless.

  3. The porch in #4 had caught my attention as well, but I really like the way that you composed and cropped your image.

  4. Really like your photos, the second and last in particular, as well as the way to photoed the row houses, classic Shaw architecture
